Kehinde Akanni, the Founder and Managing Director of Binkemez Consulting Limited, one of the fastest-growing consulting firms delivering high-impact solutions in the Energy and Power industry, is a Project Management Professional and an Entrepreneur with over 10 years of hands-on experience in facility management, operations management, reliability engineering and renewable energy projects. He is a visionary, committed to building a business around Integrity, Professionalism, and Accountability. Kehinde holds a Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech) in Project Management-Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria. He is a member of Project Management Institute. In his early career, he worked with British American Tobacco Nigeria, Nigerian Agip Oil Company and BUA Group as an Engineering Utilities Support Technician, Facility Engineering Operations and Maintenance Specialist – Energy and Operations Supervisor respectively. His expertise in Power Generation, Energy Management, Oil and Energy Production optimization, Facilities Operations and Maintenance, Asset and Risk Management and Reliability Engineering drives BCL’s commitment to excellence in consulting and training.

Mercy Adebo holds an MSc in Silviculture and Forest Biology from the University of Ibadan and a BSc in Forestry and Wildlife Management from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta. She has worked with Avecbrio Agricultural Consultants as a Project Officer/Field Specialist in green economy and environmental conservation. At BCL, she leads sustainability efforts, including energy and green building practices.

With over 10 years of experience in the energy sector, Emmanuel Agbai specializes in generator control, automation, and equipment maintenance. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Oweri, and applies his technical knowledge to integrating innovative technologies into energy solutions.

Omolara Adeyeye is an experienced human resources management professional with a background in organizational and communication skills. She holds a Higher National Diploma in Agricultural Engineering from the Federal College of Agriculture, Moor Plantation. She plays a crucial role in managing human resource pools and overseeing administrative functions at BCL.
